Bon Appétit, Amélie. For 2023’s Bon Appétit we used a classic Dutch dessert as inspration. The raspberry drill pudding made by the famous M*** brand who didnt want to coorparate with us, so we did it on our own! Who didn’t grow up eating these bad boys? Reasons enough to make it liquid. By adding a sh*tload of malt, a little bit of lactose and 100KG of raspberry, we’ve made this Stout almost as drillery, thick and creamy as the pudding itself. So get your cutlery, take of the lip, turn the can upside down and eat your pudding before going to bed!
